12-Month Warranty
Every device comes with a comprehensive 12-month warranty covering all functional components including processor, RAM, storage, display, and ports. Laptop batteries are covered for 3 months after purchase.
If any covered component fails during the warranty period, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. We also offer warranty extensions up to 5 years upon request.
Note: Laptop batteries are guaranteed for 3 months. Warranty extensions up to 5 years available upon request.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failures under normal use
- Abnormal battery performance issues (3 months)
- Display defects (dead pixels, backlight issues)
- Keyboard and trackpad malfunctions
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, spills, cracks)
- Cosmetic wear from normal use
- Software issues or virus infections
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage from improper use or storage
