Terms and Conditions of Sale, Privacy and Cookie Policy

1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all online sales of refurbished computers, tablets, and technological equipment ("Products") conducted through the website https://phoenix-refurbish.store ("the Site"). By placing an order on the Site, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. PHOENIX ELEVATE AE reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to an order is the one in force on the date of purchase.
2. Company Details
PHOENIX ELEVATE AE operates under the commercial name Phoenix Refurbish Store. The company refurbishes, inspects, and distributes technological equipment in full compliance with European and Greek legal requirements.
3. Products and Grading
All Products sold on the Site are refurbished devices that have undergone a complete technical inspection by our certified technicians and/or approved suppliers. Each device is tested, cleaned, and individually packaged. The photographs, descriptions, and technical specifications are provided for indicative purposes and may differ slightly (e.g., shade, keyboard layout, or model variations). Refurbishment Grades: • Grade AA: Like new condition, fully refurbished and repainted for a flawless finish • Grade A+: Excellent condition, professionally repainted exterior, fully functional • Grade A(+): Top visual condition, minimal signs of use, no repainting required • Grade A: Very good condition, unpainted, minor cosmetic marks possible • Grade A-: Good condition, light external wear, fully functional • Grade B: Fully functional device with visible cosmetic wear
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC), in accordance with Greek law. Shipping is free of charge for all orders exceeding €250 TTC. Orders are payable in full prior to shipment, using the payment methods offered on the Site. PHOENIX ELEVATE AE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate applicable at the time of order confirmation.
5. Order Confirmation
Upon confirmation of payment, the Customer will receive an email summarizing the order details, including reference number, price, delivery address, and warranty information. PHOENIX ELEVATE AE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, error, or supply issues.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made throughout Greece. Standard delivery is free for orders over €250. Shipments are handled by ACS or other approved logistics partners. Transit insurance is systematically included to cover damage or loss during transportation. Any claim must be submitted immediately upon receipt of the parcel.
7. Right of Withdrawal – Returns and Refunds
The Customer has a statutory 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the Product to request a return without providing justification. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, accompanied by the invoice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. If a gift or promotional item was included with the purchase, it must also be returned in perfect condition. Otherwise, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned Product.
8. Warranty
All Products come with a 12-month warranty covering material or functional defects not caused by misuse. Battery warranty: limited to 3 months due to its consumable nature. An extended warranty of up to 5 years may be requested before purchase, subject to additional cost and prior written approval from the customer service department.
9. Software Installation
All Windows installations provided by PHOENIX ELEVATE AE are performed in strict compliance with Microsoft licensing agreements. Each device includes a valid Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
10. Promotional Gifts
Whenever possible, PHOENIX ELEVATE AE includes a free accessory or promotional gift with orders. Such gestures are optional and do not constitute a contractual obligation.
11. Limitation of Liability
PHOENIX ELEVATE AE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or revenue loss. The company's total liability shall not exceed the total value of the order in question.
12. Data Protection and Privacy Policy
PHOENIX ELEVATE AE is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection laws. Data Collection and Use: We collect personal data when you create an account, place an order, use our contact form, or subscribe to our newsletter. Purpose of Processing: Processing and delivery of orders, customer service communication and after-sales support, account and loyalty management, newsletter and promotional updates (with consent), fraud prevention and payment security, website optimization and personalization. Legal Basis: Data processing relies on legitimate interest, contractual necessity, legal obligations, or explicit consent by the user. Data Sharing: We may share information with trusted partners (payment providers, delivery services, analytics, and marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok Ads) for operational and promotional purposes. 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Argostoli, Greece.
