    TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

    These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the website https://phoenix-refurbish.store ("the Site"), as well as orders placed via telephone or Viber, in accordance with the procedures described on the checkout (cart) page. By placing an order, the Customer ("the Customer") acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation. These Terms apply in conjunction with the Legal Notice, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy & Cookie Policy, which together form the contractual framework between the Customer and Phoenix Elevate S.A. ("the Company").

    2. Scope of Application

    These Terms apply to all sales of refurbished IT equipment (laptops, desktops, tablets, peripherals, and accessories), whether purchased: – directly via the Site – via telephone orders – via Viber communication All of the above ordering channels are expressly governed by these Terms.

    3. Product Characteristics

    All products offered are refurbished devices that have undergone full testing, cleaning, and quality control by certified technicians or approved suppliers. Items are categorized according to a refurbishment grading scale: AA, A+, A(+), A, A-, B. Images, technical specifications, and descriptions are provided for reference and may present minimal variations inherent to refurbished equipment.

    4. Availability

    Product availability is displayed on the Site but may vary in real time. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or modify products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the Customer will be informed promptly and offered one of the following: – equivalent replacement – full refund – or delayed delivery with explicit consent

    5. Ordering Methods

    Orders may be placed through:

    5.1 Orders via the Website

    The Customer follows the online checkout process until completion of the order request.

    5.2 Orders via Telephone or Viber

    The Customer may place an order by contacting customer service by phone or via Viber. The procedures, steps, and required information are explicitly described on the checkout (cart) page. In both cases, the order is considered pending until payment is received.

    6. Prices

    Prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT, and include legally applicable taxes under Greek law. Shipping fees, where applicable, are displayed before finalizing the order. The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the Customer submits the order request.

    7. Payment Methods

    For all orders (website, phone, Viber), the Company accepts:

    7.1 Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)

    The Customer receives payment instructions by email or Viber. Transfer fees, if any, are at the Customer's expense.

    7.2 Credit or Debit Card Payment via Secure Link

    A secure payment link may be sent to the Customer by email or Viber.

    7.3 Important — Order Validation

    An order is NOT confirmed nor prepared until full payment has been received and verified by the Company. No product is reserved prior to payment unless explicitly stated by the Company in writing.

    8. Order Confirmation

    Once payment has been received, the Customer receives: – an order confirmation – a summary of the purchased items – warranty details – shipping information The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of: – suspicion of fraud – payment failure – incorrect customer information – supply issues

    9. Delivery

    Deliveries are made throughout Greece via ACS or other approved logistics partners.

    9.1 Processing Time

    Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

    9.2 Shipping Fees

    – Free shipping for orders above €250 – Standard fees apply below this threshold

    9.3 Risk Transfer

    Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery. Transit insurance is included.

    9.4 Inspection at Delivery

    The Customer must inspect the parcel upon receipt. Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and to the Company.

    10. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

    In accordance with EU consumer law, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product. Returned products must be: – in original packaging – complete and undamaged – accompanied by all accessories and gifts included Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days following inspection of the returned device.

    11. Warranties

    All products are covered by:

    11.1 Standard Warranty

    – 12 months for hardware defects – 3 months for batteries (consumable component)

    11.2 Extended Warranty

    Extended warranties (up to 5 years) are available for purchase prior to payment.

    11.3 Exclusions

    The warranty does not cover: – physical damage – liquid damage – unauthorized repairs – software issues unrelated to hardware failure

    12. Software Licensing

    Where applicable, Windows operating systems are installed in compliance with Microsoft licensing terms. A valid Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is included when required.

    13. Promotional Gifts

    The Company may, at its discretion, include promotional gifts. These are optional and do not form part of the sales contract. If included, gifts must be returned if the Customer exercises their withdrawal right.

    14. Liability

    The Company is not liable for: – indirect or consequential damages (loss of data, revenue, downtime) – improper use of the product – delays caused by carriers or external partners The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the order.

    15. Force Majeure

    The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events outside its reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, etc.).

    16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection rules.
