    SHIPPING POLICY

    This Shipping Policy ("Policy") describes the terms under which orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Phoenix Elevate S.A., operator of the website https://phoenix-refurbish.store ("the Site"). By placing an order, the Customer ("the Customer") accepts the terms outlined below.

    1. Shipping Coverage

    Phoenix Elevate S.A. ships products exclusively within Greece. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the Customer during checkout. Delivery to P.O. boxes is not supported.

    2. Shipping Fees

    2.1 Free Home Delivery Over €250 (VAT included)

    Home delivery is free of charge for all orders with a total value above €250 VAT included.

    2.2 Delivery Fees for Orders Below €250

    For orders below €250 VAT included, a delivery fee applies. The exact delivery fee is clearly displayed in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the destination and shipping method.

    3. Order Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the moment full payment is received and confirmed. Orders are not prepared nor shipped before payment. During promotional periods, holidays, or exceptional circumstances, processing time may be extended. Customers will be informed when applicable.

    4. Delivery Times

    Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier's operational capacity:

    4.1 Mainland Greece

    Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days.

    4.2 Major Greek Islands (e.g. Kefalonia, Crete, Rhodes, Lesvos, Corfu, Chios, etc.)

    Estimated delivery: up to 5 business days.

    4.3 Secondary and Remote Islands

    Delivery times may vary depending on the availability, routes, and scheduling of transportation companies. Some locations may require additional transit time. Phoenix Elevate S.A. makes every possible effort to deliver secondary islands with the same efficiency as Athens and major cities — we deeply understand the needs of island regions, as we are islanders ourselves. These delivery times are estimates and are not contractually binding.

    5. Shipping Carriers

    Phoenix Elevate S.A. collaborates with multiple logistics partners, including ACS and other approved carriers. The Company reserves the exclusive right to select the transportation company based on: – parcel weight and dimensions – delivery address – service availability – operational efficiency The Customer cannot request a specific carrier unless expressly agreed in writing.

    6. Delivery Procedure

    The Customer must ensure that the delivery address is accurate and accessible. A signature or presence may be required upon delivery. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or Customer unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.

    7. Inspection Upon Delivery

    Upon receipt, the Customer must check: – the external condition of the package, – the condition of the products, – and the accuracy of the order contents. Visible damages must be reported immediately to: the shipping carrier, and Phoenix Elevate S.A. within 24 hours. Failure to report transport-related damage may limit the Customer's right to refund or replacement.

    8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

    All parcels are shipped with transit insurance. In case of loss or damage: – Phoenix Elevate S.A. opens a formal claim with the carrier, – The Customer may be asked to provide photos or written statements, – Replacement or refund is issued only after the investigation is concluded.

    9. Force Majeure

    Phoenix Elevate S.A. cannot be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: – extreme weather – natural disasters – strikes – transportation disruptions – carrier operational issues
