2. Component Testing
We thoroughly test the performance of each component: • Processor (CPU) • RAM Memory • Storage • Battery • Display • Connection ports All must meet our high quality standards.
3. Repairs & Upgrades
In our workshops, we replace faulty components with genuine or high-quality spare parts. Where beneficial, we upgrade RAM or storage for better performance.
4. Data Sanitization
At our facilities, we use professional tools for guaranteed deletion of all confidential data. We follow international standards such as: • DoD 5220.22-M • NIST 800-88 • HMG Infosec • NSA Standards We comply with regulations like PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR.
5. Software Installation
We install a fresh operating system with all necessary drivers and updates. Each device is ready for immediate use.
6. Quality Control
Final comprehensive testing in our workshops: • Stress tests • Battery life testing • Performance benchmarks • Functionality of all ports Only devices that pass all tests proceed to the next stage.
7. Cosmetic Grading
Each device is graded based on its physical condition: • Grade AA: Painted inside and out • Grade A+: Painted exterior • Grade A(+): Excellent appearance without painting • Grade A: Very good condition • Grade A-: Good condition • Grade B: Functional with visible marks
